This legislation requires all law enforcement agencies to develop policies on lineups for witness identification of criminals. Policies must be submitted to POST no later than July 1, 2015.

This legislation changes references from "slums" to "pockets of blight" in the Urban Redevelopment Law. This legislation was also amended in the House to include language from HB 960 that would allow for P3 development for projects under the Urban Redevelopment Powers Act specific to the Atlanta Beltline.

The amendment also included language that would provide for validation of bonds issued under the Urban Redevelopment Powers Act.
